Jan Vromant is a process architecture consultant, focusing on outsourcing and ITIL. He is proficient in bridging the gap between business and technology and instigating organizational change. He is particularly good at quantifying and translating fuzzy IT issues (e.g. an SAP R/3 upgrade or the cost of service levels) into the language the 'business side' understands. Jan is an ITIL Service Manager, certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and ISO/IEC20000 consulting, and earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston. He worked at Royal Dutch/Shell, BMC Software, Hewlett-Packard, and – most recently – in the Outsourcing Advisory Services of Deloitte Consulting. He is a US citizen, originally from Belgium, and is fluent in Dutch, French, German, and Spanish.
